The Dish
65. Under The Sea (Hormok Talay Pad Hang)
Hormok is one of auspicious food in Thailand. In Thailand, Hor mok is associated with marriage because Thai people believe that the marriage of ingredients within the Hormok is representative of love of a married couple and it make the couples stay together forever. The dish include seafood, fish, cabbage, basil, coconut milk and kaffir- lime leaves in red curry paste.
